Supplement your collection with file transfers

Supplement your data collection from utility providers with file transfers to:

• Get monthly values earlier. If you need values before they are published on one or more of your utility providers’ customer portals, file-based collection can often provide values earlier in the month.
• Collect hourly values to analyze consumption in more detail. You need to have the hourly values feature enabled on your Metry account in order to collect hourly values.

Depending on your agreement with us, there may be a one-time cost for each ordered file transfer. This will be clearly shown when you place the order.

How do I do it?

• In the Metry portal - select the metering points you want to supplement with file transfer.
• Click the Add data source button above the metering point list.
• Follow the steps in the guide that appears. Read this article for step-by-step guidance.
