Share metering values

In the customer portal, select the metering points you want to share and choose “Share metering values”.

What is shared? The selected metering point and all its metering values, as well as the metering point ID (EAN), name, address and comments from the meter administrator. Shared metering points appear as copies in the recipient’s Inbox. Changes made after sharing (to name, address, etc.) are not synced in either direction.

What is not shared? Your own comments and tags on the metering point.

Sharing with a person: Anyone with an email address can receive. If the recipient does not have a Metry account, an invitation is sent and the values are shared with the account created from that invitation.

To stop sharing: go to Metering value sharing on the metering point and click “Stop sharing” next to the recipient.

Sharing with an organization: Enter the email of someone connected to an organization account on Metry.

To stop sharing: go to “Share metering values” on the metering point and click the trash icon next to the organization.
