How syncing with BankID works

You can manually trigger a sync under Collection > Utility providers. Select the credentials you want to sync and click the refresh icon.

When syncing requires BankID, you will receive a reminder at the bottom of the Metry portal. This reminder appears daily until all metering points are synced.

• Select Sync now and check the utility providers that need to be synced.
• Sign with BankID on your mobile once for each utility provider.

Only the person whose BankID is registered with the utility provider can perform the sync.
