How do I order monthly values & hourly values via file?

To ensure quality in your data collection or to access higher-resolution data, Metry offers the option to order collection via file. The format and protocol used depends on the energy type and which utility provider the subscription belongs to. For electricity collection, utility providers typically supply files in Ediel format. For other energy types, Metry’s staff can contact the utility to investigate what data is available for your meters and whether there are any costs involved in exporting it — the most commonly supported energy types are district heating and district cooling.

To place an order with Metry for file-based collection of metering values, we need to know which metering points you want to order collection for. In addition, utility providers require a letter of authority and possibly other documents before Metry can order metering values via file on your behalf. The letter of authority can be used for orders from multiple utility providers and only needs to be issued once as long as the authorized signatory remains the same.

The order for file-based collection of monthly values and hourly values should be sent to support@metry.io . State which utility provider(s) and metering points it concerns, and attach the letter of authority or upload it in the portal.
