We strive to collect complete monthly values by collecting data from the following types of sources in the utility providers' customer pages:
- Meter readings
- Consumption marked as complete or final
Some utility providers lack the information about whether the monthly values are complete or not. We have contacted these providers and configured our collection robots to start collecting the day of the month the providers guarantee that the values are complete.
You can see if collection from customer pages is delayed for any of your utility providers in your monthly collection reports, and when you look at a metering point in the Metry portal.
