When you need to sign with your BankID you will receive a reminder at the bottom of the Metry portal. This reminder keeps popping up until you have synced all metering points.
- Choose Sync now and tick the utility companies from whom you want to sync data
- Sign with BankID on your mobile once for each utility company
Only the person whose BankID is registered with the utility company can do the syncing.
